Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
A shimering silver and teal blanket made infused with Uldra Magic. A creature attuned to this blanket is touched by the Frostfell. As long as a creature is attuned they have the benefits of Darkvision. They can cast Dancing Lights as a cantrip. The blanket provides a +1 static boost to the AC of a creature who wears it. While attuned to this blanket a creature does not suffer the negative effects of exhaustion. Exhaustion still grows as normal and can only be removed through the normal removal means. A creature who is connected to the blanket will still die if they reach the 7th level of exhaustion.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Exhaustion
