The secret of the crafting held closely by the gods, this magic ax can renew ANYTHING it touches, including bringing the dead to life if you have the body. It can bring weapons and armor back to their perfect state, it can even fix ANYTHING broken. The holder does not have the limits of things like spells because it just auto renews them. There is only one left in existence. If a magic item has been depleted, touch it with this ax and It will be fixed. There is no known limit to the durability of this item. All that is known is that it hasn't nor will probably ever, deplete or break. It is said that it must sit in the full moon's light every full moon or it will never work again. That is why there is only one. The others have been forgotten, along with the secret of making them.
A few notes- It will make the user exhausted for 10 minutes after use Work with your DM to see how to make it less overpowered or to see how rare it is.
Notes: Twice Proficiency: Ability Checks, Exhaustion
