Aqueous Halo (Exalted)

The Aqueous Halo is a free-floating ring of sea water from Ganya, blessed by Little Fish, of the Tribunal of Judgement.

Midnight

While wearing the Aqueous Halo in its midnight state, you have resistance to cold damage, and you gain a swimming speed equal to twice your walking speed. In addition, you can use an action to enter an Aqueous Form for 1 minute, gaining the following benefits for the duration:

• You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
• Your size increases to large, and your melee weapon attacks deal an additional 1d6 bludgeoning damage.
• As a bonus action, may summon a spectral beast of the watery depth.  A pair of spectral reef shark appear in a space within 30 feet of you.  These reef sharks have a fly speed equal to their swim speed and hover.  These sharks obey your verbal commands (no action required), or will defend themselves if not given any.  They share your initiative count but take their turns immediately after yours and last until the end of your Aqueous Form or until they are destroyed.

Once you use the Halo's Aqueous Form property, that property can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Dawn

While wearing the Aqueous Halo in its dawn state, you gain the following benefits:

• While you are fully submerged in water, you are invisible.
• Your Aqueous Form's additional bludgeoning damage deals 2d6 bludgeoning damage (instead of 1d6).
• While transformed into your Aqueous Form, you now summon a pair of hunter shark.

Apex

While wearing the Aqueous Halo in its apex state, you gain the following benefits:

• You are immune to cold damage.
• Your Aqueous Form's additional bludgeoning damage deals 3d6 bludgeoning damage (instead of 2d6).
• While transformed into your Aqueous Form, you now summon a pair of giant shark.
• You can cast the polymorph spell from the halo to turn into a water elemental. This property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
