Artificially fabricated, custom made, small mana injector.
Its a small, custom made item, capable of being refilled by specific doses for each different species, from common ingredients (Coffee, medicinal spices, ...) gathered for the purpose of making a potent artificial "Fight or flight" feeling.
Made for being injected directly on to the body (free action) at will, such as the legs, arms or directly in the chest*
When injected, the adrenaline starts pumping faster and the character feels every inch of their surroundings, giving them advantage in initiative rolls, on any acrobatic and/or athletics check.
Can be used directly before combat, but not if surprised.
*If injected in the chest, creature takes 1d4Piecing damage and gains the bonuses for 60sec.
