Weapon (spear), very rare

Wrought and carved out of ornate bronze, this rune etched spear seems to slightly glow, only visible in darkness. It's somehow maintained a wickedly sharp edge, despite being, well, ancient. When wielded, it strikes hard and true, dealing 1d10 damage instead of 1d6, and 1d12 if used with two hands.  It also:

  • I gives advantage to attacks against undead.
  • It burns with a subtle, yet ever-present energy, giving all foes of the wielder fear. (Reduces morale)
  • When thrown, it transforms into a shard of blazing light, Insta-killing the creature it was thrown at. However, it cannot be recovered after being thrown, so you lose it.

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
