This amulet bears the symbol of Myrkul, a white skull in a black triangle. While attuned to this item you gain the following effects:
Your alignment is changed to evil.
When you cast animate dead , you can target one additional corpse or pile of bones, creating another zombie or skeleton, as appropriate.
You control creatures from the animate dead for 48 hours, after which they stop obeying any command you've given them. To maintain control of the creatures for another 48 hours, you must cast the animate dead spell on the creatures again before the current 48-hour period ends.
If you have six (6) or more animated undead under your control, you may cast animate dead at 3rd level or higher and combine six (6) undead to animate a sword wraith warrior. To maintain control over the sword wraith warrior after 48 hours, the controller must cast animate dead at 3rd level or higher or the creature will stop obeying.
In combat, the sword wraith warrior shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only bonus action it takes on its turn is to telepathically communicate with its controller for what action to perform. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. If you are incapacitated, the sword wraith warrior takes the Dodge action.
You may combine one (1) set of skeletal or human remains into the sword wraith warrior to restore 1d8 +3 hit points.
