Archivist's Pen

This beautiful quilled pen is fashioned from an exceptionally colorful and vibrant feather that typically comes from a bird of paradise, macaw, or peacock. More rare versions contain a feather from a magical bird such as a Phoenix, Roc, or Sphinx.

When this Pen is used to scribe magic spells into scrolls or books, the time it takes to scribe the spell is reduced to 1 hour per spell level.
