Angry Sword (Modified)

This magical shortsword gives your attacks some attitude. Every time that you make an attack with this weapon it will force you to use your bonus action to make a second attack with it. This attack will not add your proficiency bonus to hit but you will gain +5 damage on a hit with this attack. When you are wielding this weapon and a creature deals damage to you, this sword attempts to force you to use your reaction to release the sword and have it fly up to 60 feet towards the attacker and uses your attack die to hit the creature if it is in range.

You may try to prevent the sword from flying out of your hand (So that your reaction isn't just used up automatically) by rolling a strength save. This save gets more difficult the longer the battle goes on as the blade gets more and more angry that it isn't cutting something. The save starts at 10, then goes up by 1 every round. The color of the blade also changes based on this as well. the weapon starts off looking like a normal shortsward, but gets more red colored the longer the battle goes on. The same save is used when trying to make a non-lethal attack, this weapon will always attempt lethal attacks otherwise.

You may use your bonus action to instantly recall the sword to your hand at any time.

Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Notes: This weapon automatically attunes to the person who touches this weapon and cannot be un-attuned unless remove curse or greater restoration is used., Cursed, Finesse, Light, Vex
