An Aboleth Brain is a 9 inch tall, 16 inch long bloboulus alien brain that channels psychic energy, causing strange ripples of the power of the aboleth's once immortal mind to wriggle across the brain's squishy surface.
The brain has 6 charges. Once attuned, the brain can cast cause fear (1 charge). Also, you can use 3 charges to target one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed by you until you die or until you are on a different plane of existence from the target. The charmed target is under your control and can't take reactions, and you and the target can communicate telepathically with each other over any distance. Once this ability is used, it can't be used again until 6 hours have passed or until the charmed creature dies.
Once the brain runs out of charges, roll a d20. On a 9 or lower, the brain becomes drained completely drained of most of its psychic energy and becomes a powerless hunk of decor that is worth 3300 gp. On a 10 or higher, the brain regains 1d4 + 3 charges.
