A heavyset amulet with a wrought iron wolf's head pendant and a long iron chain to be worn as a necklace or wrapped into a bracelet.
When put on it conforms to whatever length you would like it to be but when pulled on more chain appears magically making it longer (Max of 3 ft).
Once per day the wearer of this amulet can cast the spell Petrification by touching this necklace to a creature. The target must then make a Constitution saving throw according to its health percentage (See table below). Any creature below 50% of its health pool automatically has disadvantage on the save through. If the creature fails it is turned to stone and shrunk to the size of a small stone statue.
