This small bowl has white dust in it. The carrier of the bowl is able to see the ghosts of those who they wish and ask their ghost 3 questions. The ghosts can answer in anyway that their live form would've. After 3 questions are asked, the ghost disappears. The carrier of the item can also dismiss the ghosts before all 3 questions are asked. Only the carrier of the bowl can see and hear the ghosts. The ghost is able to hear everyone around them.
