Alchemist's Fire Arrow

This arrow has a collapsible vial of Alchemist's Fire built into it. When fired the arrow does normal damage on a hit and also breaks the vial within to release Alchemist's Fire on the target to cause the target to take an additional 1d4 fire damage.  Also, upon the start of each of the target's turns, they take an additional 1d4 fire damage unless they use an action to make a DC 10 DEX check to put out the fire to avoid damage on it's next turn.
