An eye from an ancient lich passed down over the centuries through various shopkeepers and merchants, ever looking to see the world. This eyeball phylactery contains the soul of Zrie Prakis and its' full abilities remain unknown, even to him.  

To attune to the eye successfully the wearer must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom Save, or upon failure be possessed by Zrie.  This save must be made every time the eye is attuned or unattuned to the wearer. 

While attuned this eye boosts the wearer's Wisdom ability score to 15, gives the wearer proficiency in insight and perception skills, and gives advantage on all perception checks; as Zrie assists the wearer with their search. Additionally while attuned, Zrie is able to communicate with the wearer telepathically and can be petitioned for information to assist the wearer.  

If worn while unattuned, Zrie gives the wearer advantage on perception checks and will occasionally whisper in their ear.
