This small bell is engraved with angular symbols and runes, reminiscent of the ancient writings of the Mror Holds' dwarves. Although it is forged in a thick, dark metal, in normal circumstances, it emits no sound upon being rung. Only in the presence of the recently deceased can its sinister toll be heard...
The bell possesses 1 charge, which is recharged 72 hours after being used. The person attuned to the bell can use an Action to ring it. If the body of a living creature, dead for less than 1 minute, is located in a 100-foot radius around the bell when it is rung, the flesh of the body is warped in an horrendous way, and a Bell Golem is created. If more than one dead body is reanimated in such way, all the cadavers merge together to form one Bell Golem, which gets stronger for every being used to create it. In this case, the Bell Golem is formed where the closest dead body was to the bell.
The Bell Golem remains alive for 1 minute after the bell has been rung, or until it drops to 0 Hit Points. The person attuned to the bell can use a Free Action to make the Bell Golem move up to its maximum speed (20 ft.), and a Bonus Action to make it Attack a target. They can also use its Reaction to order the Bell Golem to perform an Opportunity Attack if a target leaves the range of the Bell Golem. The Bell Golem possesses no will of its own, and will not move nor act if its creator does not tell him to do so. All orders to the Bell Golem must be spoken words.
Creatures used to create the Flesh Golem can not be brought back to life by any means, with the exception of the True Resurrection or the Wish spells.
