A magic item constructed by your own two hands during your private studies at Arcanix. The band of the necklace is made from the finest, smoothest, and most durable magic threads the university, and most of Eberron, has to offer. The charm is an hourglass made from the same glass that is used to construct magic scepters, enchanted by incantations previous learned during the studies of chronurgy. Inside of it contains magic powder that was taken directly from the Crimson Peak of The Mourning by the most prestigious scholars from Arcanix. When first created, this item was sure to be found dangerous by many, so it is to this day typically kept hidden beneath the robes of it's wielder. It's current power remains inferior to previous expectations, so it is theorized its true nature may be revealed as the wielder advances further. This item gives +1 to spellcasting, and has 3 charges on it that refill after a long rest.
- (1 charge) You target one creature to temporarily slow in time's passing. The targeted creature must succeed an INT saving throw, or have their movement halved until the end of your next turn. This feature can be used as a bonus action, or a reaction.
- (2 charges) You flip the hourglass over to revert yourself back in time to when you felt more capable. You can expend 2 charges to temporarily gain back either 2 first level spell slots, or 1 second level spell slot. This feature can be used as a bonus action, or a reaction. However, using this feature exhausts its user. After using this feature, if combat is not completed within the user's next 2 turns, you gain 2 points of exhaustion as you feel time slightly sapped away from you.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Attunement by me, only me.
