Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Artificer, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard)

The Arms of Arcane Strength are two mechanical arms, bound together by magic, with arcane thrusters on almost every surface, and a smooth, wooden finish on the outside. The Arms are not flammable. They can each function on their own, though neither can get more than a mile away, lest they come flying together and causing a rather large explosion.

The Arms of Arcane Strength were made by an old artificer when they couldn't do much strength-based work with their arms anymore. The Arms can lift up to 2x the user's body strength passively, even more if enhanced by usage of spell slots. (Spell slot lvl= multiplier of strength, ie 2nd lvl spell slot= 4th lvl spell due to the already existing 2x multiplier.)

The Arms can be used an arcane focus. As well as this, you may use your action to attack with them- their range is fifteen feet, and they deal 1d8 + profiency bonus force damage.

The Arms have three charges. You may expend one charge to cast a spell, and have the arms copy and upcast it, at no cost to you. For example, if you cast fire bolt and speak the command word, it will cast a fireball. If you cast fireball, it will upcast its own fireball by two levels. It will just upcast most spells. It only hits if you hit, and centers it's attack where you center yours.

When attuned to The Arms, they can be telekinetically manipulated by you, much like you'd manipulate your own arms. They can move up to 15 feet away, and have the precision of a mage hand. They are capable of shrinking down to the size of a figurine's arms, capable of fitting in any adventurer's pockets! While in this state, they can still be used, and a different command word is used to shrink/grow them.
