Amulet of Drazgomot

This circular obsidian amulet is impossibly smooth and glows softly around its border, it is about the size of a gold piece.  

The Amulet holds five charges which fuels the spells within it, one charge is worth a spell level.  The Amulet can cast  as a bonus action, Dissonant Whispers at first level, Tasha's Mind Whip at second level, and Mind Spike at second level.  

When casting Vicious Mockery through the amulet it counts as a first level spell and does 2d4 psychic damage, all other rules apply.

The Amulet regains all charges spent every dusk.
