This amulet is carved from a crystal of ominous origin
Ancient and watchful, the Haztaratain order has been around in some form almost as long as the land of refuge has been called Adar. These mystics set body and mind in balance. They use the strange dichotomies of Adar’s landscape as metaphors for their martial and spiritual training, becoming masters of earth and sky. Although the order existed before the kalashtar’s arrival, the revered founder of the sect, Hazgaal, is the very monk who welcomed Taratai from Dal Quor to Adar, whereupon he became Haztaratai. Since then, the Haztaratain, popularly known as the summit sentinels (or parahdri in Quori), have been integral to the defense of Adar.
To symbolize their undying connection with the land and weathers of Adar, after completion of their training, a Haztaratain monk will be given their master's amulet as a boon of their spiritual path. The amulet itself bears no power, as the powers are channeled through the mind of the monk, as long as they stay spiritually connected to the Haztaratain path and values and swear their life to the defense of Adar.
The amulet has 6 charges and regains 1d6 charges daily at dawn. You can use an action to expend 1 of its charges to transport yourself and anything you are wearing or carrying to a location within 100 feet of you. The destination you choose doesn’t need to be in your line of sight, but it must be familiar to you (in other words, a place you have seen or visited), and it must be on the same plane of existence as you.
Just as successive lightning strikes are considered "Lucky", this Amulet manages to bestow luck upon its wearers.
Eye of the Storm. When worn, unarmed strikes and attacks with monk weapons apply damage dealt to all enemies within 10ft of the attacker as lightning damage.
