Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo features glowing white designs.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Enhancement. While the tattoo is on your skin, you feel its magic refining your skill allowing you make enhancements to your Artificer Creations.
- Perfected Tools- When you create a set of tools using your Right Tool For The Job ability, you automatically gain proficiency in that type of tool for the duration. If you create a set of tools that you already have proficiency in, you then gain expertise with those tools.
- Spell-Storing Mastery- Your spell storing item can now hold spells of 3rd level or lower. All other parameters for the allowable spells remain in tact.
- Augmented Fists- When you use your Action to make 2 attacks with your Thunder Gauntlets, you can use your Bonus Action to to make a third attack. This attack must also be made with the Thunder Gauntlets. The target of the third attack must be the same target as one of the first 2 attacks.
Damage Resistence. Your Arcane Armor gives you Resistence to Thunder damage.
Unburdened Movement. Your movement speed is increased by 5ft while wearing your Arcane Armor. At level 15, your Perfected Armor ignores difficult terrain.
