When a creature drinks Aabereun's Remedy for Alteration, roll a d4. The number you roll is the number of things that are cured from Aabereun's Elixir of Alteration. As you will see on the Elixir's page, the alterations are numbered. Roll the number of d12s that you got from your first roll (eg. I rolled a 3 on my d4 roll, so I roll 3d12. From my 3d12, I get a 3, 4 and 11, so my weight, height and body shape goes back to normal).

From the right buyer, the Remedy can cost 50 to 75 gp. It is an expensive but effective cure for the Elixir. The Remedy is a bright blue liquid with a golden feather inside, which disappears when the bottle is opened.
