Amulet of the all seeing eye

While wearing this amulet the wearer can cast the spell Watcher three times per short rest.

Watcher allows you to look through the eyes of a creature (living or dead) within 30 ft. for up to 5 minutes. if the wearer rolls a D20 and it lands on a 1 the amulet breaks (it will increase by 1 every time its used)

If the amulet breaks or is destroyed every person or creature that has every used it will roll a wisdom saving throw

If they fail they will become permanently cursed with blindess (the blindness may only be removed by remove curse or the wish spell)
