Amulet of The Land

This magical amulet looks to be made of a circle of ancient and weathered wood carved into the image of a forest surrounded by mountains. 

While you wear this amulet, you always know what direction North is, what hour of the day it is, and you know the shortest route to edible plants or fresh drinking water. 

You can cast the Primordial Ward spell once without expending a spell slot - once you cast this spell in this way, you may not do so again until you finish a long rest.
