This tube holds a clear liquid with a slight blue tint. If shaken, the liquid sloshes around. It must be stored in a container for liquids. If drank, the liquid is said to improve your performance in all tasks by reducing dehydration. You can use an action to pour it onto a creature or up to 1 square foot of a surface within reach. If the target is a creature, they may attempt to avoid the effect with a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by your Dexterity (Sleight Of Hand) check. If either creature is incapacitated, grappled, or restrained, they have disadvantage. If the other creature succeeds their Dexterity (Acrobatics) check, they may use their reaction to move to a space within 5 feet, even if they have no movement left. The liquid lands on the surface in their previous space. The liquid causes the surface or creature it is poured on to experience wetness. While wet, the target has resistance to fire damage but has vulnerability to cold damage. Any inorganic materials the target's surface contains will be slowly eroded or diluted for the duration. The wetness lasts for 1 hour, until the target takes fire damage, or until it is dried off (whichever comes first).
