A mystical conch shell supposedly that allows chosen peoples to receive guidance instructions and orders from their patron. However, those not attuned to the conch or patron can only hear the ramblings of a lunatic.
When used, the conch grants +3 on insight, +4 on charisma and makes all allies and foes nearby make a Wis check of 17
when touched by a stone of purpose, the conch can corrupt the stone to make more followers of the conchs patron. Even dealing 3d6 psychic damage and inducing fear to those who cannot know it’s name
