This amulet gives benefits to your basic use of spells and grants access to other ones as one gives into it. While you currently hold it, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls.
Spells. While attuned to the amulet, you can gain access to use the following spells later down the line: Fear, Disguise Self, Invisibility, Greater Invisibility, Phantasmal Force, Phantasmal Killer, Project Image, Silence, Mislead, Dream, Major Image, Arcane Eye, Clairvoyance, Detect Thoughts, See Invisibility, and True Seeing.
You can also use an action to cast the following spells from the amulet at will: Minor Illusion, Detect Magic, Identify, Detect Evil and Good, Comprehend Languages, Speak with Animals, Speak with Undead, and Speak with Plants.
The Amulet also grants Expertise in Arcana and Insight, alongside granting the benefits of the feat Keen Mind.
