Weapon (longbow), rare (requires attunement by a You can attune to as many as 30 arrows as teleportation at once as though they were just one item.)

When fired, if this arrow hits a non-living target, the person attuned to it teleports to the point of impact. If it hits a living target, the person attuned to the arrow and the creature hit by it teleport to switch places. In either case, the arrow breaks and cannot be used again.

If you miss a living target with this arrow, and it hits a non-living object instead, the person attuned to the arrow is teleported to that location as if they had targeted it.

These effects only occur if the person attuned to the arrow is within 300 feet of it when the effect triggers. Otherwise, the arrow breaks, but nothing else occurs.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
