Amulet worn by those who have mastered their rage and harness it into the amulet. The talisman has 7 charges. If you are attuned while wearing it, you can expend charges to use one of the following:
- If you are able to cast spells, you cant cast them or concentrate on them while raging. Doing so allows you to continue raging regardless if you attack a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. (1 charge per cast)
- You can use multiple reactions your creature is able to use, provided it is triggered by a hostile creature and the same reaction can not be used again until the end of your next turn. (1 charge per additional reaction, after first reaction)
- Expend 1 charge from amulet to remove 1 charge from the "rages column", this can not be used again until the start of your next turn. (1 action)
- Expend 1 charge from amulet to restore 1 ki point, this can not be used again until the start of your next turn. (1 action)
A creature that is attuned to the amulet, must meditate to recharge the amulet. 1 charge is restored per hour of meditation. (Does not count as a rest) When you expend the last charge, the amulet disperses into motes of golden light and is completely destroyed.
Notes: Creature with one of the following: a draconic bloodline, way of the ascendant dragon, made a pact with a dragon, able to rage, Control, Buff, Jewelry

What I wanted to say was "If you are able to cast spells, you CAN cast them or concentrate on them while raging."
