Advar's Storm Goggles

A pair of Bronze and Steel goggles with lenses cut from blue opal that have been masterfully ground. On the adjustable leather strap that holds it together the words "Property of Advar" are embossed. There are dials around the oculi that can be attuned to the individual, after which the goggles grant the following to the wearer:

• Give off an incandescent glow when warning the user of an approaching storm.
• The user can see normally any heavy obscuring natural phenomenon  (Storms, blizzards, fog, ect.).
• Grants advantage to any sight or navigation based check when in a storm.
