While you wear this cloak with its hood up, once per day, you harness the innate senses and abilities of the yeti for one hour:

• +5 Perception (in lieu of your stat)
• +4 Stealth (in lieu of your stat)
• You gain Darkvision
• Advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell 
• Advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in snowy terrain.
• Wearing the hood up alters your appearance slightly. You canines become sharper, your hair wilder, your eyes gain a sheen.
• If you take fire damage while the hood is up, your next attack is at disadvantage.
• Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.
