once you have attuned to the amulet, you may speak the command word to gain 50 temporary hit points, resistance to non magical damage and cold.
Upon speaking the command word you are encased in wood but still mobile. As you take damage, pieves of wood will break off. Once the temporary hit points are depleted, all bonuses granted by this amulet are removed and the amulet breaks.
The effect can be ended at any time by using the command word, but the temporary hitpoints will be removed and the total temporary hit points remaining will be the new maximum the next time the amulet is used.
The temporary hit points can be returned to the maximum 50 by using the wish spell.
