Amulet of Semipresence

Black woven string with a dull silver circular amulet with swirling spiral rune in center. Due to its semi-existent nature, the amulet is easily forgettable for the un-attuned, slipping out of one's mind if they do not focus on it intently. If one were to glance in it's direction, they might find nothing there, only for it to re-appear after a double take.

Attunement requires the user to focus intently on the amulet for 1 hour to become in-sync with its semi-permanent nature.

The amulet contains 3 charges of invisibility. Once all 3 charges have been used, it becomes a benign amulet.
