it`s the armor of the death... The attaker needs to do a dex. save roll, otherwise he will get stabed (4w10) by the shadows pooring out of the armor.
You have to make an attument with the item and you can't take it of until you make an inteligence save throw (over 25 with multiplikator) if you want to escape.
It can transform into a normal jacket or shirt.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
