This finely detailed belt is made of dragonhide. While wearing it, you gain a +1 bonus to the saving throw DCs of your ki features.
Celestial Javelins. As an action, you can conjure a number of lances equal to your proficiency bonus that simultaneously plummet into the ground at different points you can see within 100 feet of you and then disappear. Each creature in a 10-foot-radius, 30-foot-high cylinder centered on each point must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw using your ki save DC or take 5d6 + 3 force damage. A creature who succeeds on the saving throw instead takes half damage. A creature in the area of more than one lance is affected only once. You can use this feature again after you have completed a long rest.
Dragon's Breath. When you use your Breath of the Dragon feature, you can roll an additional damage die when determining the damage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. While you have no uses available, you can spend 1 ki point to use this feature again.
Draconic Resilience. You can use an action and spend a ki point to touch a creature afflicted with the blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, paralyzed, petrified, poisoned, or stunned condition and end the effect. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
Enhanced Awareness. Your intense study and medication on dragons has gifted you with heightened awareness. You can add your proficiency bonus to your initiative rolls.
