Savage Outburst (1 Charge). When you take damage, you can use your reaction to expend 1 of the amulet's charges to make an unarmed attack.

Whirling Savagery (3 Charges). When you take damage, you can use your reaction to expend 1 of the amulet's charges and make unarmed attacks on each creature within 5 feet of you.
