Amulet of Brain Boitano

 Long ago there was an ancient finger skater by the name of Brian Boitano. Who long ago in ancient legend defeated the likes of The Grizzly Bears of The Alps, or when he traveled to the year 3010 and defeated the evil robot king, some even recall the tale of when Brian Boitano kicked the ass of Kubla Kahn after Brain Boitano built the pyramids. 

This amulet has been passed down from generation to generation, and now it has been passed on to you.

The Amulet of Brian Boitano has 1 charge and regains said charge at dawn. 

When you fail a saving throw you can expend a charge on the amulet to ponder... what would Brian Boitano do? And you may re roll the save. If you still fail the save it is simply because you were too busy pondering what would Brian Boitano do...

If you DO succeed the save you must then make a DC 10 Wisdom save, if you fail you ponder SO HARD about what Brian Boitano would do in this situation that are you are stunned until the end of your next turn.
