Amulet Of The Galikath

This amulet is small & thin enough to fit underneath armor comfortably. On one side is the symbol of the Galikath cult. When their leader, Sotos Spyros, gives cult-wide orders, the logo glows very faintly, & the orders are heard telepathically as if sent by the sending spell. The range is the same as the sending spell. However, no reply can be given.
