2 times per long rest this deck allows a roll on the wild magic table, but dealer beware there are good cards and bad.
Pulling the Sun card as any of the above pulls enacts divine intervention, but after three uses of this the sun card is destroyed.
Possessing this deck grants immunity to sneak attack, given that the oracle cant be surprised
