This spherical orb, clutched between two golden hands and suspended on a filigree chain, radiates warmth and life. As the Divine Artifact of Mineyr, the amulet possesses the power to extend, preserve, and in certain cases even restore life. As a Divine Artifact, the strength of the amulet is tied to the wearer's devotion to it's deity...in this case, Mineyr the Upraised.
Blessing of Mineyr. If you are a worshipper of Mineyr, you gain the following benefits for which you have the required piety while attuned to the amulet.
Piety 3+. You cease aging, and cannot be aged by magical means.
Piety 10+. You have advantage on death saving throws.
Piety 25+. If you have no more than half your total hit points at the start of your turn, you regain hit points equal to your level.
Piety 50+. Once per day, you may attempt to restore a creature to life. When a creature you can see within 300 ft. of you dies, you can use your reaction to cast revivify on the creature. If you cast revivify in this way, the creature regains all its hit points and may stand. Once you use this property, the amulet ceases to function for you for the next 1d4 days.
If you are not a worshipper of Mineyr, the amulet instead has two randomly determined major detrimental properties.
Spells. The amulet has 10 charges. While wearing it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it: cure wounds (1 charge), mass healing word (3 charges), mass cure wounds (5 charges), heal (7 charges). The amulet regains 1d6+4 charges daily at dawn.
