Arrow of the Serpent

At first glance, this arrow appears to be an ordinary arrow. Closer examination reveals the arrowhead to be made of bone, carved to resemble the head of a serpent. A creature hit by this arrow takes 2d6 poison damage and must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute.
