The great wisdom of the dragons who span the cosmos grants you powerful insight. If concentrating on a spell you may end it's effect to regain an expended spell slot below that spell's level.
These robes are a dark navy as deep at the night sky. Woven into the fabric are flecks of shining silver that will catch the light to shine from the unbroken dark lengths of fabric. The edges are trimmed and embroidered with silver thread woven into intricate patterns inspired by the constellations in the heavens. There's also a hood that is just big enough to hang in front of the wearer's eyes, though it never seems to obscure their vison.
