The Phantasmic Capture Box is an arcane device made of clockwork mechanisms, focusing lenses, a flash torch.  Proficiency with Jeweler's Tools or Tinker's Tools provide an ADVANTAGE with its operation. Users of the Phantasmic Capture Box are able to capture events as illusory moving images of a few seconds in time onto silver plates, phantasm plates.

Only one event may be captured onto one plate.

Well-captured events may provide information and aesthetic entertainment that may be sold to collectors, documentarians, scholars, printers, and gazettes.
