Starry Night. On a night when the stars are visible, the amulet can be used to cast Find the Path
Eye in the Sky. 1/day the amulet can project an arcane eye into the sky, casting the spell Arcane Eye
Holding the amulet up to your eye and looking through the iris allows you to cast the the spell Identify.
Curse. On moonless nights, the amulet glows an insidious green, begging the wearer to gaze into the sky while looking through the iris. The wearer must succeed on a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or suffer insomnia for 24 hours and gain one level of exhaustion as the secrets of the universe itch at your mind and make sleep impossible.
