Cloak of Flight

When attuned to this cloak, you may say the chosen Key Word/Phrase out loud to activate. The cloak transforms from a simple black cloak into two leathery bat-like wings, of appropriate size for the wearer. You gain the ability to fly for the duration, and your flying speed is 35ft. You can use this item a amount of times equal to half your level, rounded down (minimum of once per day). This item's ability resets at dawn each day.
