Mechanical, steampunky electric scythe, ala Zasalamel. There is a gear missing. Blocking it's full potential. It does an extra 1d4 of Lightning damage.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
