This amulet and chain were crafted by the mages of Morgrave University as partial payment for the magical forging services of the red dragon Aumthurax, The Forgemistress. The amulet is crafted of mizzium and has fine details making it look like a silvery spray of flowers on a hexagonal plate and held by a sturdy mizzium chain. The amulet confers the feats Warcaster, Mageslayer, Spellsniper, and Magic Initiate (Warlock) upon the wearer. Consequently, the amulet grants the Eldritch Blast, Mage Hand, and Chill Touch cantrips to the wearer with Charisma as the casting stat (and an attack modifier of +11 for the dragon.) It also grants 1 casting of Charm Person per day (at DC 19 for the dragon.)
