Arcane Gloves +3

These padded leather gloves are engraved with arcane sigils and encryptions that glow while the gloves are worn. While attuned to these gloves, the user can use them as a spell-casting focus and they get a bonus to their spell save DCs and spell attack rolls. 

The gloves also has 15 charges. The user can expend a charge to cast the identify spell or the detect magic spell. The user can use 3 charges to cast the dispel magic spell from the gloves. The user can also use 5 charges to cast the arcane hand spell.  It gains all charges back after a long rest.
