Amulet of the Topaz Shores

This large, golden amulet is inlaid with diamonds and high quality topaz. It depicts the coastline south of Waterdeep; the view from an old lair of the Topaz Wyrm, Tyrangal. The gold and gems are in constant motion: birds fly, waves crash, and the sun and moon rise in accordance with Waterdeep's current time. A teleportation circle is etched into the rear of the amulet.

While wearing this amulet you are always under the conditions of the spell haste.

The amulet has 30 charges which can be used to cast the following spells using your spellcasting DC and attack modifiers: etherealness (7 charges), Tsunami (8 charges), foresight(9 charges), storm of vengeance (9charges), and hideous mandate (20 charges, refer to Epic Legacy: Core Rulebook).

As an action, a command word can be spoken to activate the teleportation circle; connecting to Tyrangal's lair, south of Waterdeep.
