This weapon was forged by Morgan using secret technics from her home tribe. It was forged specifically for Elenara and as such can only be attuned by her.
The blade is made of shining silver and covered in ruins the glow with the green of Morgan's Magic. It is a +3 weapon and has the Finesse property. In addition each ruin has its own function:
- Protection: While attuned this weapon acts a defender longsword. In addition if you boost your AC by part or all of the bonus your save this round are also increased by the same amount. Stand in front those who need it.
- Knowledge: While attuned, you can cast guidance from it a number of time equal to your proficiency bonus and they reset on a long rest. When you cast guidance in this way you may roll 2d4 instead of 1d4. Knowledge is power. While overstated it's true.
- Vigilance: While attuned, you gain a +3 to perception checks that rely on sight as the blade helps guide your attention to relevant matters. May finding things give you the upper hand.
- Loyalty: While attuned, if an ally is within 30ft of you, you both gain a bonus to your AC equal to number of allies around you, up to a maximum of +4. Stay true to those closest to you.
- Moon: While attuned you can use your bonus action to command the blade to be colder than moon light. For 1 minute you deal an additional 3d6 cold damage when you hit with this blade. These are the secrets I let you use
- Escape: While attuned to this blade you can it to cast plane shift using the blade as the focus. When you do so you appear in one of Morgan's Demiplanes or in the fighting pits (Your choice and DM discretion). You cannot use this feature again until Morgan reset it. Sometimes getting everyone out is a win
- Location: As an action you can will this blade to destroy itself shattering it in your hand. Doing so will immediate notify Morgan of your location and means you cannot get out by any means you know of. Desperate times calls for reinforcements
Elenara's quest is not dissimilar to a situation Morgan almost found herself in and as she is making the same choice Morgan would have. Morgan is lending her aid in the one way she can as she cannot follow this time.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Versatile, Sap
