Apprentice Wand

This is just a simple wand except, it does something a little different. It deals 1d4 piercing when used as a weapon. As an action, the caster can shoot a small projectile of force, taking no spell slots and being treated as a cantrip. The projectile deals 1d6 + (Spell Casting Modifier) force damage.
