The assassin's dagger belt is crafted from high grade leather and platinum buckles. It rests across the chest and can holster 3 daggers. When entrusted with this belt, you gain the following properties.
Assassin's Dagger Belt. Any dagger drawn from this holster gains a +1 to damage and attack rolls. When making a ranged attack with a dagger drawn from this belt, it will vanish after it hits or lands, and re-appear on the belt. Additionally, you ignore the long range disadvantage while making a ranged attack with the dagger.
Getting the Jump. When you roll initiative, you can choose to add 1d8 to your roll. Additionally, any movement you make during the first round of combat does not provoke an attack of opportunity. You regain the use of this feature on a short rest.
Extended Knowledge. You gain proficiency in one extra skill of your choice. You also learn one additional language.
